Dante Houze had 12 points and four steals and sophomore Martez Boone added 11 points and seven rebounds as Northwestern High defeated W.E.B. DuBois, 63-55, in a Baltimore City Division II contest on Park Heights Avenue Friday.

The Wildcats (6-5 overall, 4-1 Division II) overcame a 16-point deficit as Houze’s three-pointer at the end of regulation forced overtime. Lindsay Blackwell led DuBois with a game-high 17 points.

Northwestern is back in action Friday with a non-league contest with defending UCBAC champ Edgewood.
