The Havre de Grace boys’ lacrosse team held just a two-goal lead at the half over the Bohemia Manor Eagles, Thursday, but extended its lead to seven in the 10-3 final.

Defense was the name of the game in the Havre de Grace second half, seeing close defense of Heart Martin, Ryan Weismiller, Michael Laubner, Jahre Jordan and Ryan Bastian in allowing just one goal, while Tyler Coakley made 10 saves in the Warrior net.

One the opposite side of the field, Justin Gosnell helped increase the 4-2 halftime lead with two-goals and four assists for Havre de Grace, while Kip Brown and Chris Castillo had three goals and one assist apiece.

Chris Schulz added two goals for the Warriors.
