Former Oakland Mills two-sport standout paralyzed after shooting

Aaron, a redshirt freshman defensive linemen at Marshall University, was paralyzed after being hit by a stray bullet at a New Year’s Day party in Anne Arundel County.
Aaron, 6-foot-5, was an All-Howard County first-team defensive linemen in the fall of 2014. In the 2014-15 winter season, he was the starting center on the Scorpions’ basketball team which won the Class 2A state championship, the first title for the Columbia school since 1990.
A Go Fund Me page has been started to raise money for Aaron’s current and future medical and living expenses.
