Urbana opened the 2011 half of the season, Wednesday, and there was no stopping the Hawks in their 64-7 victory over Oakdale.
Oakdale claimed wins at two weightclasses, as Davis and Fuller earned point-wins at 285 and 103 for the team’s seven point total, while Urbana took the remaining 12 weightclasses.
The Hawks pinned through eight wins in the night, the fastest coming by Matt Semelsberger at 215 in 26 seconds, Billy Krop at 125 in just 40 seconds, David Abretski in 48 seconds at 112 and Brandon Plante pinning in under a minute at 119.
Other falls were recorded by Daniel Johnston (160), Jason Conner (171), Joe Rimel (189)and JT Freeze (135), and point-wins by Jake Thomas (140), Dan Morley (145) and John Roche (152).
Urbana and Oakdale with both travel to Harford County this Saturday and take on host Aberdeen.
