Archbishop Spalding, Baltimore’s No. 1 ranked girls basketball team, won its third game in as many starts at the Nike Tournament of Champions in Phoenix, Az., Wednesday evening, as the Cavaliers topped Orange Lutheran (CA), 62-57.

Spalding trailed 28-27 entering the second half, but outscored Orange, 18-10, in the third quarter to take control.

Shaquilla Curtis paced the Spalding offense with 16 points, while Brya Freeland and Raven Makins combined for 24 points and 19 assists.
