Covie Stanwick scored five goals and handed out five assists, and Tina Moore added four goals as No. 4 Notre Dame Prep defeated Archbishop Spalding, 17-10, in an IAAM A Conference match Tuesday afternoon. Senior attack Erin Seipp finished with three goals and two assists for the Blazers (4-3 overall, 4-2 IAAM A), who led 9-4 at halftime.

Junior midfielder Hannah Hartman had a goal and two assists, and Rachel Quinn, Kirsti Paavola and Taylor Mangione finished with a goal and an assist. Alex Puller led Spalding (3-5, 2-4 IAAM A) with four goals and Sarah Arndt added three.

Notre Dame Prep hosts Virginia’s St. Stephens/St. Agnes Friday afternoon. Thursday in Severn, Spalding hosts top-ranked McDonogh School.
