Steele Stanwick has had many huge offensive days in his lacrosse career, but on Tuesday the one time Loyola Don produced a career high eight points to pace a potent offensive attack for the University of Virginia in a 22-6 thumping of Mount St. Mary’s in Charlottesville, Va.
Stanwick netted a hat-trick with just six shots and handed out five assists. He also scooped three ground balls.
Stanwick, only a junior, led Loyola to a pair of MIAA A Conference titles during his time at Blakefield. He now has 68 career goals at Virginia and 60 assists in just two years and two games.
