Melanie Mocniak scored 15 points as St. Mary’s topped Park, 60-35 on Tuesday.
Jennifer Broussard added 11 points and eight rebounds, while Kelly Broussard, Stephanie Lazo and Delia Ruttum all contriubuted nine points each for the Saints (6-5 overall, 2-1 IAAM B).
The Bruins dropped to 5-3, 1-2 respectively.
St. Mary’s hadn’t played a game since playing 5th in the Bullis Tournament with a win over Wilson on Dec. 19th.
The Saints led 29-21 at the half but they outscored Park, 18-6, in the third quarter to put the game out of reach.
