Kristen Lamon scored four goals to lead the St. Mary’s girls Lacrosse team to a 9-8 victory over Archbishop Spalding on Tuesday.
The Saints (4-2 overall, 3-1 IAAM A) marched out to an 8-4 halftime lead and held off a comeback attempt from the Cavaliers.
Dani Lazo added two goals and Claire Andrews had two assists for St. Mary’s. Kendall Garden led Spalding (2-4, 1-3) with four goals.
St. Mary’s will face Mount de Sales at home on Thursday, while Spalding plays Garrison Forest – both contests are conference games.
