Junior Marial Pierce scored seven goals to help power St. John’s Catholic Prep to a 15-10 victory over host Glenelg Country on Monday.

Brooke Wilson added three goals for the Vikings (8-3 overall, 8-3 IAAM B) and Kelly Crowley scored twice.  

Meredith Jones, Bethann Pierce and Kathleen Cook each had a goal. Goalie Hannah Geerlings made six saves.

St. John’s has won four games in a row after being edged by Friends back on Apr. 8 and remains two games behind both Mercy and Friends in the conference standings.

The Dragons (2-8, 2-8) were paced by Britt Jorgenson’s six goal performance. Ashley Mink contributed three goals an an assist, while Abby Weinstein (one goal) and Holly Romans each had an assist.

Keepers Cam Baumgardner and Lyndsay Arnold combined to make eight saves.
