Senior Greg Lewis and RJ Williams were once again at the center of a St. Frances victory, on Monday, as the No. 2 Panthers defeated Bowie, 62-48, in the home opener for Mark Karcher’s club, to improve to 2-0.

Greg Lewis had a double-double as he scored 17 points and added 16 rebounds.  He was helped on the boards by Josh Forney and Shakir Brown, who combined for 11 points and 17 rebounds.

Running the show up top was Williams, who scored a team-high 19 points and dished out five assists.

St. Frances led by just three entering the fourth quarter, but outscored Bowie, 26-15 in the period to win going away.  Bowie’s Jason Amos led all scorers with 20 points.
