The first full-weekend of the high school basketball season features an outstanding boys basketball event hosted by St. Frances, with six games slated over two two days, beginning this Friday.
No. 2 St. Frances and Calvert Hall will headline the event as each team plays twice, but No. 5 Digital Harbor, No. 13 Forest Park, No. 3 Patterson, Carver Vo-Tech, Owings Mills and No. 19 Parkville are all on the schedule.
Things will kick off on Friday at 6:30 p.m. as St. Frances battles Digital Harbor. That contest will be followed at 8:00 p.m. with a matchup between Patterson, led by sophomore sensation Aquille Carr and Calvert Hall.
On Saturday at 4:00 p.m., Carver Vo-Tech will challenge SEED (DC). At 6:00 p.m., Calvert Hall will return to the floor against Owings Mills. Then, at 8:00 p.m., St. Frances and Parkville will play the event’s final game.
