In a tightly contested IAAM A Conference volleyball match, St. Paul’s School for Girls defeated Bryn Mawr, Wednesday, 18-25, 25-18, 25-17 and 25-18.
The Gators were led by Kabria Haskins with 15 kills and four blocks. Hailey Fitzgerald had 28 assists and four kills. Junior libero Sarah Bowman, stepped up big on defense with 17 digs.
Susannah Matthai led Bryn Mawr with a match-high 20 kills and she converted on 8-of-11 servers. Rachael Franks had 11 kills for the Mawrtians. She also won 17-of-19 serves and had two aces.
The Gators are now 10-2 on the season and 5-2 in the league. Bryn Mawr fell to 9-4 overall and 3-4 in the conference.
