It was a tale of two halves, as Southwestern used 1-2-2 full-court pressure to erase a 14-point halftime deficit and run away with a 76-44 road victory over Southside Academy, Tuesday, in Baltimore City basketball action.

Southwestern trailed 36-22 at the half, but limited the Jaguars to just 19 points over the final two quarters while turning a bevy turnovers into easy baskets that resulted in 54 second half points.

Lakeisha Taylor led the Sabers with a sensational 34-point performance, while Erica Smith and Shamera O’Neal combined for 31 more.
