In a Top 20 boy’s soccer battle, No. 7 Meade stayed undefeated Tuesday evening with a 3-0 win over Anne Arundel County rival Broadneck, VSN’s No. 17 squad, as the Mustangs stay undefeated in 2016.

Meade (6-0-1) was led by two goals and an assist by Samuel Solomon and a goal and an assist by Riley Baker. The Mustangs took a 2-0 lead at the half and iced the contest in the second half.

Christopher Marx recorded four saves to claim the shutout. Meade outshot the Bruins (4-3) 10-6, but Broadneck had a 5-3 edge on corner kicks.

With the win, Meade improved to 3-0-1 in Anne Arundel County and the Mustangs lead Broadneck (3-1) and Severna Park (3-0) by one point each.
