QB throws for two scores and rushes for the game winner

Led by quarterback Owen Smith, the North Harford football team battled back from an early deficit and turned back UCBAC Chesapeake Division rival C. Milton Wright, Friday night in Pylesville, 23-15.
The undefeated Hawks (2-0) trailed 7-0 entering the second quarter, but got on the board with a 34-yard touchdown pass from Owen Smith Wyatt Ralph. Lukas Smithson tied the game with his extra-point kicks and then put the Hawks in front to stay with a 30-yard field goal.
In the third quarter, Smith connected with Brian Hauer for a 5-yard touchdown pass, and then scored what proved to be the game-winner on a 12-yard scramble.
Junior Kaya Lenhart scored CMW’s first touchdown on a 9-yard run and then threw a 22-yard touchdown pass to Hunter Sigler in the fourth quarter.
The game was the league opener for both teams. C. Milton Wright is now 1-1 overall.
