Six members of the Anne Arundel County-based Rivera Beach Spirit 18-under club softball team have committed to play in college.
Northeast High’s Brooke Steinbach and Sabrina Gordon and Emily Kirby from Chesapeake-Anne Arundel will attend Stevenson University. McDonogh School’s Wendy Folfas will play for Gettysburg College.
Courtney Merson (Howard) is headed to Mary Washington and Glen Burnie’s Jessica Robinson is bound to Shepherd. Long Reach’s Christina Doshim will play for CCBC-Catonsville.
