Pinners for Oakland Mills included Hensley (103), Farace (119), Moore (152) and Ulysse (160), while decisions were edged by Sejewe (125), Randall (130) and Fumba (140), working an overtime win.
Andrews and DoQuang added bonus points in their respective wins at 135 and 171, earning major decisions.
Howard saw wins in Frazier and Via, with Via earning a fall at 215 and Frazier winning a decision at heavyweight.
Oakland Mills will move on to host River Hill and Centennial, Jan. 11, as Howard prepares for battles with Hammond and Glenelg the same afternoon.
