Allie Hynson, Jackie Clauser and Jessie Dubyoski, all from the Class of 2014, scored a goal for the Sailors. Senior Theresa Cecil added another, while Hynson and senior Alecia Enriquez each had an assist.
Hynson scored for Mount de Sales (7-8-2) in the 8th minute with a goal that would stand as the only score of the first half.
Clauser scored 15 minutes into the second half, lifting the ball over the goalkeeper, to make it 2-0.
The Panthers (0-14-0) answered in the 64th minute on a direct kick taken by senior Helen Feeser, making it 2-1.
But Dubyoski responded six minutes later with a low driven shot from 18 yards out, while Cecil finished the scoring for Mount de Sales in the 74th minute, making it 4-1.
The Sailors will travel to Archbishop Spalding for a quarterfinal round game on Tuesday at 3:45 p.m.
