Sailors and Bruins play to 1-1 field hockey draw

Mount de Sales and Park battled to a 1-1 draw in IAAM B Conference field hockey, on Friday, as both clubs tuned up for the upcoming league playoffs.

Both goals were scored in first half.  Amanda Ignacio scored for the Sailors (9-4-3, 7-3-2) with an assist from Caroline Butler, while Racel Day netted the goal for the Bruins (6-6-2, 5-5-2).

Victoria Gottleib stopped seven shots in the Mount de Sales goal, while Maddi Wyda and Lindsay Moscowitz combined for 11 stops in the Park goal.
