What was once known as the Big 20 tournament back in the day has earned a new name this 2010-2011 season, seeing the old Perry Hall classic reformed into the first annual Romp in the Swamp.
Held Dec. 17 and Dec. 18 at Perry Hall High School, the Romp in the Swamp consists of both public and private school teams, vying for the MPSSAA sanctioned tournament crown, with medals going to the top six place-winners, and trophies to the top three.
In the past, the tournament has featured some top statewide competition, and this year should see some of the same. Below are the tournament seeds for the individual weightclasses.
