The River Hill Hawks added two more wins to their wrestling record, Tuesday, beating Atholton and Mt. Hebron in a tri-meet.
Disposing of Atholton with relative ease, the Hawks tallied seven falls and four more wins for bonus points to declare the 51-point win.
Atholton had three winners on the match, as Kaufman (140), Emilio (152) and Muhblok (171) earned victories.
Kirby (135) was the only Hawk to record two pins on the night, while Noonan (160) etched a tech fall against his Mr. Hebron opponent.
The strength of the Mt Hebron lineup, Vickers (125), Fernande (130), Kendrick (135), Iwaskiew (189) and Wade (285) all recorded wins en route to 39-30 victory over Atholton. Also recording wins were 119-pounder Alex Stewart and Liam Curran with a forfeit at 112.
Atholton mad a run for the dual-meet win and began to close the gap on the Vikings after the 135-pound bout, but the lead was too much, even for the five-match winning streak they put forth.
River Hill will next wrestle Glenelg, Dec. 21, as Atholton takes on Hammond and Mt. Hebron faces Howard.
