Gators jump out to a 2-0 lead and wins by a goal
The Perry Hall boys soccer team played the majority of the second half a man-down, Saturday evening, but held off visiting Fallston for a 2-1 victory.
Perry Hall (2-3) got a goal from Bido El Masry, in the 7th minute, off an assist by sophomore Erick Kim. In the 50th minute, however, the Gators had a player ejected and they played the rest of the game a man down. Despite this, Kim stretched Perry Hall’s lead to 2-0, 4 minutes later when he finished off a rebound off of Kevin Navarrete’s shot.
Fallston got one back in the 60th minute when Trey Book scored for the Cougars. Perry Hall goal keeper Hazem Ahmed made three key saves in the final few minutes to secure the win.
