No. 4 Perry Hall’s boys soccer team booked a date in the 4A North Region championship game, Friday night, with a victory on penalty kicks against Thomas Johnson, CCBC-Essex.

The two teams played a scoreless draw through regulation and a pair overtimes, sending the game to PK’s.  Both squads scored on their first five attempts, but Perry Hall freshman goalkeeper Austin Kroll gave the Gators an edge when he made a brilliant stop on TJ’s fifth attempt.  Seong Kim followed with a successful try for the Gators, giving them the victory.

Also converting their penalty kick attempts for the Gators were Chris White, Joe Glos, Kevin Medrano, Timmy Brooks and Nick Liberto.
