Greg Whittington scored 30 points, and pulled down 10 rebounds as No. 9 Oakland Mills routed Reservoir, 64-38, in a Howard County boys’ basketball contest Wednesday. James Peters added 11 points for the unbeaten Scorpions (16-0 overall, 13-0 Howard), who outscored the Gators (7-9, 6-7 Howard), 34-18, in the second half.
Taz Larry led Reservoir with 14 points. The Gators who travel to Mount Hebron Friday evening while Oakland Mills visits defending Howard County champ Hammond.
