Lions get out front in the first and defeat Eastern Tech in Baltimore County play


No. 6 Dulaney collected just six hits, but profited from seven walks and three errors by visiting Eastern Tech and Lions claimed a 6-2 win in the season opener for both teams.

Brian Ellis gave the Lions the early boost with a 3-run first inning home run. Connor Stewart also had an RBI for the Lions and JR Harrison also drove in a run, while Bryce Frederick was 1-for-1 with a double and two runs scored.

Todd Mozoki pitched five scoreless innings for the win, allowing no hits and two runs, while walking two. Wilson Farlow threw one inning, allowing two hits, and Cole McGee worked a scoreless seventh.
