Senior point Tajuan Watson scored a game-high 19 points as No. 19 Annapolis defeated visiting Arundel 65-56 on Friday night.

Delonte Joyce got his second straight double-double, grabbing a team-high 12 rebounds to go along with 11 points.  Domico James (13 points and 5 rebounds) and Colin Varn (12 points and 4 rebounds) also played well for the Panthers (17-3 overall, 11-3 Anne Arundel County).

Annapolis, which celebrated Senior Night, led by 11 points after the first quarter. The Panthers took a 33-24 advantage into halftime and won by the same nine point margin.  The win exacts revenge on the Wildcats after Annapolis lost to them 58-57 in early January.

Tyler Washington scored 18 points to pace Arundel (15-5, 11-3).  Billy Fowler and David Nicholson scored 15 and 11 respectively.

Annapolis will travel to No.16 Glen Burnie on Tuesday night at 5:00 p.m., while the Wildcats will tangle with first-place Old Mill Tuesday.
