Bruins get a single goal in each half in shutout victory

No. 14 Broadneck stayed undefeated in Anne Arundel County boys soccer action, Thursday, defeating visiting South River, 2-0.

The Bruins (5-2 overall, 4-0 in AA County) got single goals in each half, as Jack Dunshee gave the Bruins a 1-0 lead in the first half and Sean Mangan tallied in the second half.

David Dallanegra contributed an assist, while Ian Wagner (3 saves) and Keyshawn Bland shared time in the goal to gain the shutout. Jay Jenkins had six saves for the Seahawks.

Broadneck outshot South River 8-3 and had a 3-1 edge in corner kicks.
