The No. 13 South River Seahawks were on a mission Friday night, when they took the mat and won 11 of the 14 weightclasses and topped the Severna Park Falcons, 61-14.
Working three pins and a forfeit off the bat, South Rive took a great lead behind Keith (103), A. Alley (112), Perren (119) and C. Alley (125), and went on to win another two matches before a run of another four consecutive six-point wins.
Murphy and Sico pulled off point-wins at 135 and 140, respectively, and four more Seahawks won consecutive bouts between 152 and 189: Thompson, Owens and Santini all pinning and Rossi accepting a forfeit.
Severna Park saw its three wins in M. DiSanti (130), Ziff (145) and Young (215), but it was South River’s Wilson who closed the match with a fall at heavyweight.
The Seahawks next face Eleanor Roosevelt, Feb. 2, and Severna Park takes on Arundel, Feb. 1.
