The No. 13 Loyola Dons took care of the Centennial Eagles with minimal losses, Wednesday, ending the dual meet with a 54-24 team win.

As the Eagles’ Nathan Kraisser (125) and Macon Stanley (130) pinned their way back to a six-point match following an 18-0 start for the Dons, Loyola answered with four consecutive wins, and ended the night with 10 total bouts won for the overall team victory.

Walter Johnson (112), Mike Zito (140), Alex Hurdle (171) and Jordan Horne (285) all pinned for Loyola, with decisions coming by Ellis Kent and Joe Moreno at 135 and 152, respectively.

Centennial’s Kraisser and Stanley were later joined by 160-pounder Zach Portnoff and 189-pounder Ed Wysocki as winner for the Eagles, all of them pinning in their efforts.

The Dons will look to roll their win into this weekend’s Iron Horse Duals tournament, as prepared for the District V Duals.
