Five players scored in double figures for No. 1 Archbishop Spalding as it defeated Severn 85-32 on Friday night for the Cavaliers’ sixth straight win.

Camille Calhoun, Sherae Swinson and Raven Makins scored 15 points apiece. Shaquilla Curtis added 13 points while Aleah Epps contributed 10.

The Cavaliers improved to 14-2 overall on the season and remain unbeaten in IAAM A Conference play with a 5-0 mark.

The Admirals (5-5, 1-4) are in their first season competing in the A Conference after winning last year’s B Conference title. Anna Woepke scored a team-high eight points for Severn.

Spalding broke open the game at 22-9 after a quarter and led 51-14 at the break.
