Event will feature 33 matches, including 24 on pay-per-view

The Maryland Chapter of USA Wrestling (aka Maryland State Wrestling Association) will host the 4th annual Franklin Wrestling Showcase on Nov. 14. Because of COVID-19 restrictions the event location will remain undisclosed to avoid a crowded facility, but most of the matches will be live-stream via RocFin.com/Save, via pay-per-view.

The event will feature 33 matches, with nine preliminary matches followed by 24 more which will be live-streamed.

Some of the states top public and private school high school and middle school wrestlers will participate and compete under college rules. Some of the highlight matches include C. Milton Wright’s three-time state champion James Riveira facing McDonogh All-American and Private Schools State Champion Richard Fedalen. In addition, CMW’s 2019 state champion Staki Gourgoulianis will battle Southern-AA’s state runner-up Justin Knapp.
