Following a weekend loss to Perry Hall, the McDonogh boys soccer team has been playing with a vengance.
On Tuesday, the Eagles thumped top-ranked Mount St. Joseph, 3-0, and Thursday they dropped the hammer on No. 19 Archbishop Curley with a 6-0 win.
Mike Gamble torchered the Friars for four goals and Julian Griggs scored twice.
McDonogh is now 2-0 in the MIAA A Conference and 7-1 overall. Curley fell to 1-1 in the league and 2-3 overall.
