Four Baltimore City players have been selected to participate in the 3rd annual Maryland Crab Bowl all-star football contest. They are among 44 performers announced earlier this month by game organizers.

Leo Eades and Travon Garrett from last season’s Class 1A state semifinalists Dunbar and Poly’s Gabriel Ali-El and Paul Taylor were picked. The quartet is among 22 area players chosen.

The initial 44 performers were selected by the Maryland Football Coaches Association. The remainder of the roster will be selected next month. The game will take place Dec. 18 at Bowie State University.
