It’s been a breakthrough season for the Seton Keough field hockey program and the No. 20 Gators reached the 10 win mark, on Wednesday, when they defeated Severn, 2-1.
Keough, of the IAAM B Conference, earned its second victory of the year over an A Conference program and the win is made even more impressive in light of Severn’s recent draw with top-ranked Severna Park.
Anna Stumme and Kathleen Sigwart scored the goals for the Gators.
Seton Keough improved to 10-3-1 with the win, while Severn fell to 6-7-1.
