Eagles lockdown the Yellow Jackets in the second half

After scoring just 19 first half points and falling into a 31-19 hole on the road, Indian Creek staged a big second half rally to knock off Chapelgate Christian, 47-45, Friday in Ellicott City.

The Eagles turned the tables on the Yellow Jackets in the second half, limiting their hosts to just 16 points in the second half to allow for the comeback.

Junior Kyndall Crawford was the only ICS player in double-figures, scoring 11 points. The Eagles, however, got solid production from their entire starting lineup, as senior Josh Chambers netted 9 points, Daniel Ablorh and Benny Carter each scored 8, and Josh Leedy netted 7.

Timi Akisanya was a force for Chapelgate, scoring 13 points and pulling down 15 rebounds. Jax Felder added 11 points.
