The North Harford Hawks net 13 of 16 shots on goal, Wednesday, helping the green and gold past the Harford Tech Cobras, 13-5, in boys’ lacrosse action.
Travis Mitchell was the leading scorer for the Hawks, netting five goals, while Jake Donohue tallied two goals in helping North Harford to a 7-2 lead in the first half.
Andrew Siegel was an animal on the face-offs, winning 11 of 14 and netting one goal in the game, while other scores went to Matt Russo, Randy Foster, Brooks Billings, Nolan Hood and Zach Cordell.
The Tech shooters had to get the ball past Ben Miller, making two saves in the goal for North Harford, but Matt Lubawski and JJ Neal were able to team up for five goals through the final three quarter. Lubawski finished with four.
Harford Tech’s Sean Klein made 19 saves against 50 total shots hy the North Harford offense.
North Harford next takes on Fallston next Wednesday, while Harford Tech plays the Cougars this Friday.
