When faced with runners in scoring position, the North Harford Hawks allowed only two to pass the plate, Tuesday, in the 5-2 softball win over the Fallston Cougars.

Forcing the Cougars to leave seven runners on base and four in scoring position, the Hawks held their foes to one-run innings in the fourth and fifth while scoring a run in the fifth and four in the sixth to take the three-run win.

Jess Moore pitch a complete game for the Cougars, accruing three strikeouts and herself having a great day from the dish.

Moore finished her day two-for-three with a run bated in and run scored, while teammate Stephanie Hill went one-for-three with an RBI-double.

Fallston will next face Havre de Grace on Wednesday, while North Harford takes on John Carroll on Monday.
