A’Lexus Harrison scored a game-high 18 points and pulled down 16 rebounds as Digital Harbor defeated Edmondsonson-Westside, 68-19, in Baltimore City Division 1 girls basketball on Tuesday.
Markia Beckwith also had an outstanding effort with 13 points, six rebounds and five assists, while Deja Carroll and Antwayne Parks had 10 points each.
Digital Harbor outscored Edmondson, 18-0, in the opening quarter.
“We played very good solid defense from the start – forcing turnovers which led to scoring opportunities,” said Digital Harbor head coach Patrick McDonald.
