Salisbury University sophomore quarterback Dan Griffin, a product of North Harford High School, was named the Offensive Player of the Week in the Atlantic Central Football Conference, on Monday, for his career-high performance in the Sagulls win over Christopher Newport University, on Saturday.
Griffin established new career-highs in rushing yards (153), longest rush (44) and rushing touchdowns (three) in Salisbury’s 58-10 romp. Griffin also completed one pass attempt for seven yards increase his total yards of offense to 160.
