As the area continue to recover from Wednesday’s first major snowstorm of the season, most high school athletic events Friday have been postponed.
Public systems in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Cecil County and Harford County are closed Friday, in addition to a few area private and parochial schools.
The girls’ basketball match of No. 1 Archbishop Spalding at No. 2 Seton Keough has been postponed. A rescheduled date hasn’t been announced.
Events in Anne Arundel and Howard counties will take place as scheduled. Both school systems are on a two-hour delay Friday morning.
