Second chance points are like gold in basketball and with 19 offensive rebounds and 39 points produced by big men Michael Boland and Jeff Hale, Geogetown Prep had the edge it needed to defeat Archbishop Spalding, 66-54, in boys basketball Wednesday night.
Desite giving up five inches on the interior Spalding’s Eric Fisher was impressive in scoring 17 points, but he was the only Cavalier in double figures, as the Cavs fell to 6-6 on the season.
