Coming off a big win over St. Frances on Wednesday, Roland Park Country showed no let down on Friday, as the Reds improved their IAAM A Conference basketball record to 2-0 with a tough 50-43 win over visiting Severn.
Senior Lauren Edwards paced the RPCS offense with a team-high 15 points, as the Reds turned a 26-24 halftime advantage into a seven-point win.
Daisy Alaeze added 10 points for Roland Park, while Elizabeth Kelly and Kiera Davis combined for 17.
Severn junior Deja Gibson led all scorers with 17 points and classmate Carli Studnicky scored 14 points.
