Loyola Blakefield continues to prepare for its MIAA A Conference/Baltimore Catholic League schedule with non-conference contests and, on Tuesday, the Dons improved to 3-0 with a 56-28 victory over Cristo Rey, 56-28.
It was announced last week that Cristo Rey will join the MIAA next fall and the Hornets will play in the MIAA C Conference. Despite poor foul shooting (just 9-of-30), the Dons dispatched their fellow Jesuit school with ease.
Matt Cross led the way with 11 points.
