Archbishop Curley cross country placed second among 10 teams at the Bear Mountain River Run at Lock Haven University, on Saturday.
Getting a taste of things to come, the Friars ran with race temperature of 62-degrees, with a chilly wind in the air, as they finished second to Elk Lake (PA).
Curley’s Dave Ozarowski (16:08) and Alex Waldt (16:15) placed second and third, respectively, among the 150 runners, while Jeremy Skarda (16:41) finished eighth.
