The Harford Tech Cobras picked up an in-conference win, Tuesday,  beating the UCBAC’s North Harford hawks, 62-12.

The Cobras allowed just three Hawks to earn wins on the night, and took a seven-match wining streak to end the meet with a 50-point victory.

In the final run, Joey Malanga (145), Colin Riley (152), Jammie Rappazzo (160), Dillon Brush (171), George Majchrzak (189), Nathan Cool (215) and Will Hughes (285) all earned six-point team wins for the Cobras, with the exception of Rappazzo who ranked a 15-0 technical fall.

Other Harford Tech winners include 112-pounder Adam Teal, Bret Blevins (125), Brandon Hoch (130) and Ryan Beatty (119).

North Harford saw decision wins from Jordan Avig and Jake Bruno at 103 and 135, respectively, and a fall from Tom Carmen at 140.

Harford Tech’s next competition will be Hereford, Dec. 23, while the Hawks take on Edgewood in the new year, Jan. 5.
