Senior pitcher Megan Hyson tossed a complete game, two-hitter and recorded 12 strikeouts to power Chesapeake-AA’s top-ranked softball to a 10-0 win over visiting South River.

Hyson also drove in two runs while going 2-for-3 at bat. Olivia Ravadge also had a big game for the Seahawks (2-0 overall, 1-0 Anne Arundel). The sophomore hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the 5th inning.

Senior catcher Gabby Couture drove in two runs with a 2-for-3 performance. Freshman Emily Kirby, juniors Kim Federowicz and Erin Van Dyke each had an RBI for Chesapeake.
