Outlook: Two teams off to impressive starts meet in this Baltimore County non-conference game. Catonsville has accumulated 96 points in its first two games, including a 42-12 victory over Milford Mill last weekend.

Steve Weedon had scoring runs of 11 and three yards, and Jerome Williams scored twice. Weedon, a senior running back/linebacker, has three touchdowns in the early going along with Bobby Turner. Turner rushed for 195 yards rushing in the season opener against Parkville.

The No. 13 Indians blew open a close game against New Town, scoring 25 points in the third quarter en route to a 37-24 victory Saturday. Joey Dorsey passed for 151 yards, including a 47-yard scoring pass to Ian Thomas. Dorsey has 362 yards passing in the first two weeks.

Senior Mark Venable has four touchdowns including a 95-yard interception return in the New Town victory. The Indians and Comets were each 2-0 when they met last fall, and Franklin won, 24-12.

Navassa Brown caught a 68-yard touchdown pass from Dorsey, and Zack Silverberg rushed for 120 yards.
