Courtney Holland scored the game’s only goal with an assist from Gab DeGuliis in the second half. Cubs (1-0) goal keeper Anna Caterline made six saves to record the shutout.
Catholic faces a tough stretch beginnong on Tuesday as they will face six straight IAAM C Conference opponents beginning with St. Timothy’s at home.
