Reginald Lewis Falcons

2017 record: 11-1 (Class 1A North Region finalist)

2017 review: The Falcons won their second straight Baltimore City Division II title before losing to eventual state champ Dunbar in the 1A North final. Seniors Rayshawn Cole (wide receiver/defensive end), Tavon Bouldin (offensive/defensive line) and Pierre Turner (offensive/defensive line) are among the key returnees in 2018.

2018 opponents’ win/loss record (from 2017): 52-48 (.520)

Toughest 2018 opponent: Fort Hill. The western Maryland school has dominated Class 1A recently, winning four of the last five state titles. Seniors Tyreke Powell (running back) and Braeden Askins (running back/defensive back) headline the returnees for the Cumberland powerhouse, which has won 91 of its last 100 decisions.

Most intriguing 2018 opponent: Forest Park. The Foresters should be Reginald Lewis' biggest threat in Division II after finishing second last season. The northwest Baltimore school reached the 2A North semifinals.

By a number: 22. Consecutive regular season victories by Reginald Lewis.
